Can I have OVERNIGHT GUESTS?

Yes, you can. Guests are allowed but always for a limited period of time. One night guests are allowed and don’t have to pay. Guests, who are staying more than one night, need to be pre-announced and approved by the Landlord and other Tenants, and will pay a fee of 5€/night (including the first night). Guests may not sleep in the common areas.

Can I invite my friends over?

Yes, you can. Gatherings are possible but require respecting other guests’ needs (If another guest works next day in the morning and wants to have a proper rest, don’t make noise next to his room) and acknowledgment of responsibility by the tenants over the actions of all guests (any damage caused during a gathering is a shared responsibility of all the tenants that participated in a meeting).

Gatherings are a privilege, with limits and responsibilities. If abused, it can be removed.
